Todd graduated with Honors from Florida State University with a degree in Computer Science. Todd has extensive experience in software development and project implementation having participated as the Project Development leader for an Internet based E-mail Encryption application. Todd has broad experience in security and encryption technology, as well as database design and PHP/MySQL integration. With Todd’s expert level knowledge in multiple areas of programming and technology design, managing a team of programmers and keeping the project on time is something Todd is uniquely capable of doing. Coordinating programmers working on a variety of systems and in different programming languages is a task that requires both knowledge of all the various software and hardware platforms, but also the ability to keep the various programmers working as a team.
Responsible for developing various software applications, including secure e-mail encryption systems for Microsoft Outlook and Novell Groupwise, document imaging system, database management systems, and dynamic websites. Also responsible for projects involving the installation and management of client networks operating on Microsoft and Novell solutions.
Todd specializes in creating and designing secure software solutions to enhance and streamline your business. Todd directs the software development group at Cipher Integrations and specializes in encryption and security software.
Specialized knowledge in document imaging systems, including design, implementation and consultation.
Developed and implemented audit workpaper generator using random number techniques.
Developed and implemented project budgeting system to integrate with existing time and billing system using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.
Developed and maintain CPA firm website, including various financial calculators for user access.
Installed CAT 5 and fiber optic cabling in various office buildings.
Responsible for all archived documents for CPA firm, including cataloging, filing and securing over 750,000 documents. Currently completing comprehensive digital imaging project to allow server based access of documents to network users.
Developed document imaging, management, archival, and retrieval program for use in small businesses, including specialized indexing systems for data recovery and consolidation.
