Karen P. Lean

Karen is responsible for directing and coordinating assigned audit and review activities of the Firm. She p articipates in financial and compliance audit engagements for a wide variety of organizations. Karen is experienced in preparation, review, and research regarding a variety of state tax returns, including income, sales, franchise, tangible and intangible tax returns. She completes and reviews income tax returns of not-for-profit organizations, corporations, S corporation, partnerships and individuals.

Karen has extensive experience managing the Firm’s Small Business Services where she has been responsible for all accounting and tax reporting activities for monthly, quarterly and annual clients. Karen has accounting experience in the construction and manufacturing industry where she converted and implemented a fully integrated computerized accounting system using Timberline software and assisted in maintaining job cost records for hundreds of construction jobs. Karen is proficient in various computerized accounting systems including Bidtek, Timberline, Peachtree, and Quickbooks, and maintains the Firm’s accounting software.
